Heather Ann Amnath, 36, of Yale, was arraigned on counts of delivery or manufacture of marijuana, felony firearms, carrying concealed weapons, possession or sale of a Taser, and receiving or concealing firearms. They likely will face other charges in Sanilac County for the assault and robbery of Kurt Wirth, Sanilac County Undersheriff Brad Roff said. The trio arrested in Yale Monday were arraigned Wednesday on charges related to their traffic stop.
